It's my pleasure to thank Magleby Mortuary for introducing me and mine to Eleven11 TKO. I'd like to tell you a little story about that. Magleby's handled my husband's funeral in 2018. Indeed, the Magleby's have been working with our extended family for decades and decades. Still, what a pleasant surprise it was to have Kelly volunteer to meet me at the cemetery one blustery day to give me a lesson in headstone cleaning! Like many First Utahn's, I'm proud of my ancestry and I'm anxious to keep their memory alive. It's a heady responsibility at times due the sheer amount of headstones within mine and my husband's family just within a 100-mile radius! As anyone who does genealogical research knows, a major concern is the accumulation of mineral deposits from hard water, the erosion of time in rain and sand and wind. Important dates, names, endearments are forgotten and, of particular concern to those of us visiting and bringing flowers to loved-one's graves, pictures and scroll work removed and erased. If the work has been painted over as well as engraved, the coloring can run, making a whole lot of mess. On the day in question the wind guts were high and it was cold out. Nevertheless, Kelly made it to the mortuary, produced the Eleven11 TKO and, with a bit of elbow grease, the beautiful stonework marking my husband's final resting place reappeared. The product comes as part of an entire kit which includes things like a fine brush for cleaning details, a heavier scrub brush, and a soft and nonabrasive cleaning cloth. Eleven11 TKO is acid free which means it doesn't ruin the stone. It's not a problem environmentally, and I didn't have to wear any specific protective gear. I'm highly allergic to many things and this caused no reactions or problems. Within minutes, a bit of rubbing here and there, and the product had really done its work in cleaning away over five years of build-up. I've been looking after generations of family in cemeteries since I was very small. We've always just used water to clean the stones, which cannot begin to undo accumulation of time and damage. The result of just a bit of care from a bottle and a willing neighbor got rid of calcium carbonate, mildew, scale, hard water stains, and really just let the stone shine again. I absolutely and unreservedly recommend Eleven11 TKO, and I am honestly looking N forward to extending the same courtesy to so many of the other beautiful stonework in the cemetery in Richfield and other towns I have loved ones buried. Thank you, Magleby! You are so appreciated.
